Howdy! Long time no see… Now before you verbally slaughter me for not making a post in a while, please take the time to hear my excuse. Here it goes…
The reason that I haven’t made a single post in a while is because of YOU. Yes, you heard me right, although the previous statement might have sounded more irrational than Mr. Colbert himself, I am indeed serious.
“Why is that?” you ask. Well, I am planning to give my site – Study Habits – an extreme make over. I want to create a viral, community type web 2.0 site featuring lots and I mean lots of FREE & AMAZING stuff. Everything from videos showing you some almost lethal study tips to audios & interviews with top notch experts, study guides, tons of tools and lots of Free Software. In short, a cool looking, up to date study site to quench your thirst for education.
Please, if you have any suggestions for the “new site”, tell me, I would love to include any improvements you have to bring. Just leave a comment or send me an e-mail, thank you in advance!
You will love it, or at least I hope you will!
Summer is here and that means that all those disgusting insects are rejoicing, I hate them. Having that said, (I am way too creepy by the way…)

As some of you might know, I have section on my site where I frequently post new Free education software (everything from memory software to solving equations…) and some of you might have noticed that it’s been down for a day or two. This because of two reasons:
a) Bad News: I received an e-mail from a reader telling me that one of the programs might have had some sort of virus, so in case you downloaded any software. Be sure to check them before installing them! You should do this even though I am sure that it didn’t effect all the software.
b) Good News: The problem is being handled and I’ve decided to greatly expand the number of free software. From this point one, I suppose I will have to check each program before I upload it. Yeay, more free software! ![]()

Does 1 equal 2, you tell me?
Here is the proof (unfiltered by rational arguments):
Web 2.0 is a term that is being used more often and I personally think it’s a stupid term (and this is not a mis-underestimation). Why? Well it has no real meaning to it, the word could be used to mean almost anything. If there was a word that could mean everything then it would have meant nothing!
Time to wake up here! There is no such thing as a Web 2.0, its the same o’l Web with some social bookmarking features/tagging and AJAX. Nothing new here, it’s no easier making a product today than it was yesterday.
The idea of making everyone “connected” in these so called e-conversations is pretty neat, but will it work in the long end? I doubt it.
What do you think? Am I wrong here? Do you know of any other vague useless terms?
