A Secret Bart Simpson Taught Me About Getting Up

April 22, 2007  |  Self-Improvement  |  Share

Remember the post I made about getting up early? I thought I follow it up with a small tips I learned from none other than the infamous Bart Simpson (although Lisa claimed that it was the ancient Indians who started using the technique, I see no reasons to doubt Bart’s truthfulness). :) Anyway, this is what you need to do:

If you really want to get up early in the morning, you should try to drink lots of water (more than usual) before going to bed. What ever you do, do not go to the bathroom since this would spoil the whole thing! Just go to bed as usual and…

VoilĂ , there you have it! All you need to do is lay back and wait for your biological system to kick in ;) , just make sure you don’t wet your bed when trying this. Don’t forget to subscribe to this blog if you haven’t done so already!

  1. Great blog!

By the way, I tried the Bart-Man’s method…I went overboard with my water consumption and ended up waking up to use the restroom a good three hours before my alarm went off.

  2. Hahaha, great story. I too, drank a little too much (almost wet my bed for crying out loud). Hehe, this is a cool method anyway.
