Utube sues Youtube

Old news? Yes, but the case is still pending. For those of you who are unaware of this story, this is what happened:

“On 30 October 2006, the morons behind Utube.com decided to sue youtube. Why? Because apparently they were fed up with users who accidentally typed in utube instead of youtube, hence giving them 68 million “hits” over the span of 1 year. This in turn lead to their servers crashing and now they want to sue youtube for it. Is this the zenith of ignorance? :roll:
What would you have done? Do you think the 68 millions hits could have been monetized? Personally I have no idea what I would of done…
