Wake Up Now! 3 Steps To Getting Up Early

Don’t you just hate it when you miss an important meeting due to sleep? From now on, those days are over! Just follow these 3 steps and you’ll understand what I mean:

1. Understanding The Value of Getting Up

This one is perhaps the most important one. Why do you even need to wake up early in the morning? I want you to imagine that you’ve just won this Prize or something and you have to wake up early in order to receive it. Would you spend the whole night talking with your friends on msn/aol messenger or would you sleep on time in order to wake up on time? 2. Do not, Do not, Do not, I repeat; Do not do these things

ยค Do not stay up to late, we all know it’s fun to stay up late chatting but seriously you have to learn to restrain yourself!

ยค Do not watch an action movie before sleeping. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who can’t get a good night sleep just because a certain scene keeps on rewinding it self in my head.

ยค Do not drink alcohol before sleeping (or at all, it’s a stupid drug anyway… right? ;)) I don’t think I need to tell you why…

ยค Do not drink to much coffee or cola before sleeping. OK, some people may have developed resistance against caffeine but those folks are just maniacs. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to all of us…

3. How To Use Alarm Clocks

Most of us use some kind of alarm clock these days and it does indeed have many advantages, if you know how to use it. Firstly, never put the alarm clock close to you. Why? Think of it, if you place it a few meters away (yes, I did use meters and not feet :)) you have to get up in order to shun it down, right? The first step in getting up is the most difficult one, the rest is a piece of cake.
And also, if you are a heavy sleeper it might be a good idea to set the time half an hour or so before the actual time you need to get up. If you’re anything like me, you would probably hit the snooze button once or twice but you won’t be able to do it on the 4th or 5th time the alarm sound emerges.   1. thanks to this website. i always had problems in getting up early as i would sleel late night{sometimes upto 3 am}.
    now i am able to get up early and concentrate better .
